Afghanistan is a problem (of many) that will never be solved in a good way for many reasons. First problem is the ideology they follow known as Islam, that teaches they are superior to us infidels. It teaches overpopulation by encouraging large families in order to have more followers in order to conquer, so poverty continues and grows. So resources are more limited and the cost for living goes up. Sure there are plenty of resources but they are hard to get to because of misbehaving humans. Then there is selfish greed that all types of people have, for power, land, resources, and money. We the people of the USA are perhaps the worst on that as we continue to create filthy rich gods like George Soros, Bernie Madoff, Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg, and the rest making up 8 people who are worth more than 3.6 billion human peasants & slaves. We brag about being the greatest nation on earth yet next month we will again go bankrupt and have to borrow another $1 Trillion+ to make it 6 months until our next bankruptcy.

Yes Afghanistan is a problem that can never be solved in a good way, just like many others, but we also cannot just let it be as they are breeding grounds for terrorism of various kinds, especially since nuclear armed Pakistan supports Afghanistan’s extremists. But, there seems to be no good answers for solutions.

It’s just amazing how humans can figure out the exact place and the exact second where & when the next solar eclipse will be decades in advance, yet we can’t yet figure out how to get along. And with advancing technology we are surely doomed because we humans will be left behind and machines (A.I.) are evolving much faster than we ever could (i.e. Watson). Don’t think the movies I Robot and The Terminator series are all based on fiction! Our freedoms are going down the drain, especially our privacy, while we the people continue to put our heads in the sand after singing Kumbaya, instead of doing the wisest things. No doubt about it, the most dangerous species to ever roam the earth is the homo sapiens, and not even the intelligent life they are creating will be more self-destructing. We are on the eve of destruction.

“Overpopulation”?? Where? Have you ever been to Afghanistan? Maybe the entire population of the US would make it crowded- or not. There is no over population, that was a scare placed by the elitists who want us all to embrace the anti-life cult. Same group is pushing the climate scare- that human beings are a scourge on “Mother Earth”. ]

Afghanistan’s only problem with Islam are Islamists, and there are very few.

The mention of India pricked my ears: “Since last year, Indian citizens have been required to submit their photograph, iris and fingerprint scans in order to access legal entitlements, benefits, compensation, scholarships, and even nutrition programs. Submitting biometric information is needed for the rehabilitation of manual scavengers, the training and aid of disabled people, and anti-retroviral therapy for HIV/AIDS patients. Soon police in the Alwar district of Rajasthan will be able to register criminals, and track missing persons through an app that integrates biometric information with the Crime and Criminal Tracking Network Systems (CCTNS).” https://www.eff.org/deeplinks/2017/05/aadhaar-ushering-commercialized-era-surveillance-india India is also a cashless society now, from what I hear. Whatever happens there, will happen here, unless it is stifled, when and how is a question.

The topic on the electrical grid should be of grave concern to Americans. Remember the mystery outages in April that occurred in LA, NY and SF? http://oilprice.com/Latest-Energy-News/World-News/New-York-Los-Angeles-and-San-Francisco-Suffer-Simultaneous-Power-Outages.html the media never came out with a reason behind it. There are more outages that aren’t making national news: http://kfor.com/2017/03/14/more-than-6000-oge-customers-without-power-in-s-w-oklahoma-city-moore/ The OK outage was last March. I think these were test outages, that nothing was broken. It would be wise for people to think about what life would be like if the power went out for any length of time.

Vicky what you write is really disheartening to me. I had hoped Trump was our anti-globalist, our anti-UN savior. One other comment I’d like to make, has anyone else than I noticed how Trump kind of looks different? His appearance is odd to me. He looks under a great amount of stress, or something. He just looks terrible.

Kristin, I see you need to do more research on the facts. First of all, read the Koran and teachings of Mohammed and you will see that ALL Muslims follow a hate ideology called Islam, rather they are a few “Islamists” or other kinds of Muslims, rather they want to or not, they all MUST follow! I have read them, you need to. Who cares if I have been to Afghanistan, or if I have been to 100x as many places as you have or 100x less, as it will not change anything! You sound like you are saying that there is plenty of land or space in Afghanistan to accommodate maybe the entire population of the US, and I would say that is true, but really, you don’t mean sustainably do you? That is my point, that we have too many people (overpopulation) because the way we live, and I also believe that if all people were good then we would not be “overpopulated” like too many rats in a cage and there would actually be room for more. Room meaning IF living sustainably, as the space (area) stays about the same measurements. Sure, blame the “pro-growth” elites but also blame most people for their foolish behavior and that’s why we have too many (foolish/greedy) people. I can promise you that if you have traveled the world like I have you would see tremendous poverty and suffering, compared to what I assume you take for granted in your (assumed) pampered life. Facts: animal populations need limits and homo sapiens are animals. The excess overpopulated wild horses of the west need to be made into cat food! So no, limits to growth is not a scare placed by our elites, it has been a fact of life since the beginning of life! Do you think there are no limits? Do you think people who can’t or won’t take care of their children should be denied birth control and be encouraged to have unwanted offspring? And no again, it’s not just the elites pushing climate change scare, it’s a fact the majority of all educated people can see (except the elite President Trump) and speaking of countries there are nearly 200 that all agree! And really, you think humans are not a scourge on Mother Earth? Well you are partly correct because they are worse! You just wait until the nukes are released and the earth goes into nuclear winter. Right now, only in Utah, 2,000 people die annually from air pollution, and that is not counting all the many others who have died from nuclear/atomic bomb fallout and many other man-made and women-made (homo sapiens) inventions! You really think the elites give a damn about our environment or climate change, rather than get richer and gain control of everything? Most elites are pro-growth! Not meaning to degrade you in this sentence, but I assume you have been living in an isolated part of this planet with an isolated ideology for way too long, while I have been out in the real world most of my life. That would be my guess, and unless you are one with an open mind you are one with a closed mind. In that case educating you to reality would be a futile attempt because you are living in your own little reality instead of the real world. Hope I’m wrong but I’ll bet I’m not!

I do not need your explanation of the Quran. I grew up in a Muslim country, was a practicing Muslim for some years, I can read and speak Arabic. I own a Quran, but only for reference now- I recommend anyone who claims to be Muslim or considering it as a religion read the Quran fully to discover it’s ludicrousness in all ways.

I refuse to argue with you on the false overpopulation question. I refer you to facts and numbers already in existence. I also advise you to take a road trip across the USA and find the nation’s wide, empty expanses with sprinklings of populated areas along the coasts and inland Midwest. The “wild”(there is no such thing as a wild horse, they are feral- all horses are domestic) are ground into dog food not based on sheer number, but on the logistics of feeding and land issues. There is plenty of food for them, the horses are in areas where they are not wanted. Being actually domestic creatures, the horses really rely on human intervention to keep them healthy.

I will leave you with this: “Seek ye the truth, and ye shall surely find it”. I don’t know your faith background, or belief, but I recommend seeking confession with the Lord Jesus Christ. It will open your mind and disengage you from slavery- both spiritual and physical. If you truly seek answers, and you honestly want the truth in this world, keep looking. You will find it.

Yes I’d like to leave it that and this, and so you know I have already seeked and found the facts, and have been to more places in this country than 99.9% of our population have individually. So the odds are I’ve been to far more places than you ever will, and especially across this nation. I also know that “Man Does Not Live By Land Alone” and all those wide open spaces are analogous to the moon or Antarctica as far as humans need a whole lot more than just “land” to survive and prosper. Even on the earth, go try living in a flood zone or a high-unemployment desert without money. Try living in a high-crime hood like I have. Besides just land as you claim they/we need water, food, shelter, money, jobs, and one thing I’m sure you learned living in a Muslim country is we need compatibility, else all the rest doesn’t matter. When you have “too many” (used instead of “overpopulation) rats in a cage, they kill each other. I also have been to several Muslim countries plus numerous others, and I keep updated on events there. So about land, there is no argument based on the facts, just like horses rely on us out there on those lands, we humans also rely on each other. I am pleased you have as much knowledge you do about Islam and have seeked and found a better way of life! And horse meat for dogs, I say why not for people too?! Better than the Soylant Green we’ll be needing as our population grows!

“Kenny”, Ben Franklin (I believe it was he) said something about a fool playing with joiners’ tools, and I think it was Lord Chesterfield (Stanhope?) who said something about avoiding arguments with those with diminished capacity. Not to insult you, but I have a feeling you are “flying on a different plane”. Perhaps English is not your first language, the correct tense of “seek” is “sought”, not “seeked”.

    God Bless…
